This study aims to analyze the role of the principal's digital leadership in developing teacher literacy skills at Al-Falah Darussalam Junior High School. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving the principal, vice principal, and teachers as research informants. Data validity was tested through source triangulation, technical triangulation, member checking, and increased persistence. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the principal's digital leadership was manifested through the development of a technology-based learning system, implementation of digital supervision, holding digital literacy workshops, and utilizing the Al-Falah Edu platform to support administration and learning. The principal played an active role in building a culture of digital innovation by continuously strengthening teacher competencies. The implementation of digital leadership had a positive impact on improving teachers' digital literacy skills, as demonstrated by the ability to utilize interactive learning media, the use of digital applications in the learning process, and increasing teacher creativity in developing technology-based learning tools. In addition, the digitalization of learning also encourages the creation of a more interactive, effective, and adaptive learning environment to technological developments. This research shows that digital leadership is a strategic factor in supporting educational transformation and teacher competency development in the digital era.
