Abstract

Sistem informasi administrasi guru agama (SIAGA) merupakan sistem informasi manajemen atau aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mendata keberadaan guru agama dari tingkat TK sampai SMA/SMK atau lembaga pendidikan yang bernaungan dibawah KEMDIKBUD yang dalam hal ini khusus untuk guru pendidikan agama diambil oleh atau diatur oleh Kementrian Agama. Yang mana berfungsi untuk mendata seluruh guru pendidikan agama kemudian merekrutnya dengan memberangkatkan untuk pendidikan profesi guru (PPG) guna menjadi guru yang profesional (sertifikasi) sampai proses pendapatan tunjangan profesi guru (TPG). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi aplikasi SIAGA dalam meningkatkan pelayanan administratif di seksi pendidikan agama islam kementrian agama kabupaten Lamongan. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi aplikasi SIAGA dalam membantu meningkatkan layanan administrasi bagi guru agam islam mulai dari jenjang TK sampai SMA khusunya di wilayah kabupaten Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini melalui 3 tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIAGA sebagai basis pangkalan data guru pendidikan agama islam telah mampu digunakan secara maksimal meski masih ada data yang belum tercover di dalamnya. Dan penggunaan SIAGA harus memiliki koneksi dengan internet.

Abstract

Abstract: The quality of student education is the main thing in achieving the maximum quality of education. A good learning process really accommodates students in developing and improving the skills and potentials that exist in each individual student. Therefore, the management of facilities and infrastructure is a significant aspect in supporting the implementation of a smooth educational process so as to create good quality education. This study aims to see how the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education in SMP Negeri 2 Krian. The methodology applied in this research is qualitative research by applying the method of observation, the method of library research and the direct interview method in the data collection process. The results obtained concluded that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMPN 2 Krian has been carried out well so that it can support the education process well at SMPN 2 Krian although there are still some things that need improvement. Keywords: Management, Facilities and Infrastructure, Education Quality Abstrak: Kualitas pendidikan siswa merupakan hal yang utama dalam mencapai kualitas pendidikan yang maksimal. Proses pembelajaran yang baik sangatlah mengakomodasi para siswa dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan keterampilan serta potensi yang ada dalam masing-masing pribadi siswa. Oleh karena itu, Pengelolaan Sarana dan prasarana termasuk sebuah aspek yang signifikan dalam mendukung terlaksananya proses pendidikan yang lancar sehingga dapat menciptakan kualitas pendidikan yang baik. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna melihat bagaimanana pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMP Negeri 2 Krian. Metodologi yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini yakni penelitian kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode observasi, metode studi pustaka atau kepustakaan serta metode wawancara secara langsung dalam proses pengumpulan datanya. Hasil yang didapatkan disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasrana di SMPN 2 Krian ini telah terlaksana dengan baik sehingga dapat menunjang proses pendidikan dengan baik di SMPN 2 Krian walaupun masih ada beberapa hal yang membutuhkan perbaikan. Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang integrasi kurikulum dalam Satuan Pendidikan mulai dari faktor dari pengintegrasian, model integrasi kurikulum yang diterapkan dan dampak dari integrasi kurikulum tersebut yang mana disini integrasi kurikulum tersebut dilakukan antara kurikulum pesantren dan kurilumum madrasah.. Metode penelitian disini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kurikulm pesantren dalam sekolah yang ada di MA Al-Machfudzoh ini dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan utama madrasah yang dilaksanakan melalui model subject curriculum dengan cara memasukkan sebagian dari kurikulum pesantren dalam bentuk mata pelajaran ke dalam madrasah yang bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan pengetahuan siswa tentang ilmu keagamaan dan serta adanya kebaruan dalam artikel ini yaitu membahas terkait dampak dari integrasi kurikulum yang berdampak besar bagi siswa, tenaga pengajar, lembaga pendidikan serta pondok pesantren untuk terus memperbaiki kualitas mutu lulusan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to explain the strategy of woman principal in private Islamic junior high school (Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta) in making a change in madrassah. The study used a qualitative approach, with multisite design and Modified Analytic Induction. The study was conducted in three private MTs in Malang Regency, namely in MTs NU Pakis, MTs Al Huda Wajak, and MTs Hasyim Asy’ari Turen. The results of the study indicated the various changes that occured during the leadership of women principal, including governance changes, equipment changes, structural changes and cultural changes. in leading the changes at madrasah, women principal used strategies to achieve goals, strategies to manage conflict and strategic to make decision.

Abstract

This assistance was carried out in the village of Tenggulun Solokuro Lamongan which was the origin of the Bali bombing bombers I. Although the movement was not visible, the remnants of the jihadist ideology certainly could not just disappear from Tenggulun village. This assistance aims to strengthen literacy regarding moderate Islam in dropout youth from Tenggulun village so that they are fully aware of the importance of peaceful religious knowledge and also an affirmation of the teachings of moderation of Islam as a religion which is rahmatan lil ‘alamin. From the mentoring process, the results show that moderate Islamic thinking is very useful for teens who want to learn peaceful Islam, while according to adolescents dropping out to study moderate Islam is tantamount to studying Islam that is rahmatan lil ‘alamin.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the application of the Learning Organization in developing the competence of teacher educator resources in pesantren. This research has been conducted at Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School (Madrasah Bertaraf Internasional). The research that has been used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data collection techniques use interviews with informants, namely, the head of the MBI coordinator, teachers, and some students. Observation involves past participant observation, and documentation includes reviewing data related to professional development carried out by teachers. The findings of this study are as follows: strict recruitment of education personnel who are under the pesantren's national insight and affiliated with Aswaja NU, strengthening the pesantren organizational culture through leadership training via administrative activities, and teachers conducting scientific integration, combining the Egyptian Al Azhar curriculum with the national curriculum. Teachers' professional development must be supported by pesantren, which provides more compensation and discipline in carrying out teachers' duties.

Abstract

The implementation of deep dialogue-based critical thinking learning in this study uses descriptive qualitative research methods to find out how the implementation of deep dialogue-based critical thinking learning in civics education subjects in madrasahs is done by collecting interview data and case studies in the field. problems that occur in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Surabaya City, In the learning process students still have difficulty analyzing and solving problems, especially in Citizenship subjects. During the learning process, students are still passive, very few students dare to answer the problems posed, as well as a lack of students' ability to independently solve problems that require analytical skills with this problem the teacher applies deep dialogue-based learning critical thinking to civic education subjects to increase concentration in gaining knowledge and experience through in-depth dialogue and critical thinking, emphasizing student activity and learning outcomes. on Citizenship education subjects.

Abstract

The world of education is experiencing a character crisis in students due to the COVID-19 pandemic, when face-to-face learning is implemented, several cases such as conflict, violence, juvenile delinquency, sexual harassment, and bullying begin to appear in the school and community environment. This is almost felt in all schools, including SMA Al Azhar Menganti Gresik. This study aims to describe the implementation and implications of character education in PAI subjects in the independent curriculum which refers to dimension 1 P5 at Al Azhar Menganti Gresik High School. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques through data collection, reduction, presentation, and verification of data. The results showed that the implementation of character education in PAI subjects was good. The integration of teaching tools with P5 dimensions, especially dimension 1, can improve character-building in students. School culture also supports the improvement of character building in students. Supporting factors include the concern of the principal, MGMPS PAI, subject teachers, infrastructure, school, and extracurricular programs. The inhibiting factor in the formation of student's character is the limited communication between teachers, cottage caregivers, and students' guardians, and the lack of a sense of discipline of students or teachers in reminding students who are not good.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of using virtue tree media in increasing students' understanding of class 1 MI Nurul Ulum Bojonegoro material. This study aims to determine the effect of virtue tree media on understanding PPKn material and the differences in the results of using virtue tree media on class 1 students' understanding of MI Nurul Ulum Bojonegoro. This study uses a type of quantitative experimental research. The object of this research is grade 1 students, amounting to 30 students. Data collection techniques using tests, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument used the pre test and post test. The data analysis technique uses the dependent T-test which consists of normality and correlation tests. Based on the results of the research, analysis and discussion, it was obtained that the normality test for the Shapiro-Wilk obtained a sig value of 0.098 > 0.05 in class A and 0.131 > 0.05, which means that it is normally distributed. While the dependent t-test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05 which indicates the influence of the virtue tree on the understanding of PPKn material for grade 1 students. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the media of virtue trees influences the understanding of grade 1 students MI Nurul Ulum Bojonegoro.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is facing serious challenges such as financial instability, high unemployment and the threat of a middle income trap. To overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources that are oriented towards entrepreneurship. Education is the key in creating creative, innovative and tough individuals. This research aims to examine the role of teachers in forming students' entrepreneurial spirit through the "Business Day" extracurricular program at SDI Baiturrahman Bagor. This research uses a qualitative approach method with analyzing materials, observations and interviews with sources. This research identifies three main roles of teachers, first the teacher as a learning facilitator, second the teacher as a mentor, and finally the teacher as an evaluator. This research aims at the active role of teachers in implementing the program to foster students' entrepreneurial spirit.
