This study aims to examine whether these governance factors have a significant impact on firm value. The research employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis. The population consists of all energy sector companies listed on IDX during the period, with samples selected using a purposive sampling method. The results show that the board of directors has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while the audit committee and risk management disclosure do not have a significant influence. These findings suggest that the strategic role of the board of directors is more impactful in shaping investor perceptions and enhancing firm value compared to other governance elements. The study contributes to the understanding of corporate governance dynamics in emerging markets, particularly in the energy sector, and highlights the importance of strengthening board effectiveness.
