<![CDATA[PT XYY is a company that focuses on activities in the field of Fast Mouving Consumer Goods (FMGC), namely ice cream products with the JY brand. The problem that is often encountered at PT XYY is the frequent stopping of the production process due to downtime. The machine that often experiences downtime is the corn egroll machine which is one of the machines used as a stage in the ice cream making process. One solution to overcome this problem is to approach total productive maintenance (TPM) as a whole which is measured using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method.sas a critical measuring tool for assessing productivity and operational efficiency. and find out the dominant root cause of OEE problems with fishbone diagram. The calculation results show that the OEE value on the corn egroll machine in November is 66.03%, this value is far below the international standard of 85%. The decrease in the OEE value is mainly due to the low operation time which is influenced by the fairly high machine downtime. This is also reflected in the machine availability value which is only 81.74%, which indicates an imbalance between operating time and time that should be used for production.
