Abstract

The problem of data processing is still done manually using MS. Excel and paper media, so that the impact resulted in a lot of data accumulation and errors in data processing of the stock inventory system at PT. Shinheung Indonesia, the implementation of the stock inventory system was able to provide data according to the execution of transactions in each department. Expenditure of stock of goods in the area of each department where data is input manually which includes, input stock, request for goods, output stock, balancing actual stock. This study aims to optimize the inventory of goods accurately and create a stock inventory system of PT. Shinheung Indonesia to make data processing more effective and efficient. The company or department is easier to process and control the existing stock. This system uses an object oriented programming development method, namely the Laravel framework. The information system design uses the programming languages PHP, mysql, xampp, sublimeText3, Gitbash. This study only discusses the inventory system carried out in the MC (Material Control) department of PT. Shinheung Indonesia Research that optimizes inventory in real time and minimizes errors in input output, so that all departments can access goods data when transacting. Abstract

Ordering climbing tickets, which are getting more and more, requires a system to make it easier for climbers. Climbing activities are a hobby for climbers who like nature activities. Evidenced by the increasing number of enthusiasts of climbing activities today, booking climbing tickets is an important problem. Some climbers are willing to queue for 30 minutes and they even have to be willing to spend the night at the ticket reservation to get a climbing ticket. The solution to overcome this problem is to make an online ticket booking application. The method used in designing this application is the waterfall method. This design is made with an Android-based program so that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Purchasing tickets is easier because the ordering system is online. Hikers can easily see information about climbing so that it is more efficient.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini merumuskan masalah tentang bagaimana merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem inventory material gudang di PT. Cabinindo Putra yang efisien dan efektif dibandingkan saat menggunakan pengelolaan manual dengan Ms. Excel. Sedangkan penelitian tujuan ini untuk pembuatan aplikasi sistem inventori berbasis website agar dapat mengoptimalkan proses pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi material. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall yaitu : analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Pada tahap analisis kebutuhan, dilakukan survei dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait untuk memahami kebutuhan perusahaan dalam hal manajemen inventory material gudang. Selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan sistem yang mencakup desain database, antarmuka, dan logika bisnis yang mendukung pengelolaan inventori material gudang pengguna secara efisien. Implementasi sistem inventory material gudang dilakukan dengan membangun aplikasi berbasis website. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk melacak dan mengelola inventory material gudang secara real-time, selanjutnya melakukan pengujian menggunakan metode black box dan white box dan melakukan pemeliharaan secara berkala. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan inventaris gudang material, mengurangi operasional, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui pengadaan material yang tepat waktu dan efisien.

Abstract

In an increasingly advanced digital era, the use of information technology has become an important need for industries and companies, including automotive manufacturing companies such as PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive. Currently, the application for leave of employees in such companies is still done verbally or through manual submission, which can take a long time and lead to clerical errors. Therefore, the development of a web-based leave application application is expected to increase the efficiency of the employee leave application process, facilitate access and approval, and reduce the potential for administrative errors. By using the Waterfall method, it is expected that each stage of application development will be carried out in a structured and systematic manner, so that it can provide real benefits for PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive in managing employee leave and applying modern information technology.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan edukasi di SMK Dewantara 2 Kabupaten Bekasi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang karir di dunia teknologi, khususnya di bidang rekayasa perangkat lunak, serta peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pemuda dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 58 peserta yang sebagian besar berasal dari jurusan teknologi informasi. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta memperoleh informasi mengenai teknologi terkini, keterampilan yang dibutuhkan di dunia industri, serta berbagai peluang karir di bidang perangkat lunak. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 85% peserta merasa pemahaman mereka meningkat tentang karir di bidang ini, sementara 80% peserta memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Program ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengadakan pelatihan lanjutan agar peserta dapat memperdalam keterampilan teknis mereka lebih lanjut. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi dunia kerja yang kompetitif dan dinamis di sektor teknologi.

Abstract

 PT TBA as a manufacturing company in the automotive industry faces quality problems in the form of defects in the wrong assembly arm in the Inner Left Normal process of Seat Frame Front Cushion products in the EFC Line Adjuster. Based on data for the March-May 2025 period, the average defect reaches 1.3 pcs per month and has the most dominant cost impact compared to other types of defects, with a potential material loss of up to IDR 6,236,708 per year. This study aims to identify the root cause of the problem and reduce the number of defects to zero defects through the application of the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method with an eight-step approach based on the PDCA cycle. The results of the analysis showed that the main cause came from the incompatibility of the arm rack design which allowed the mixing of right and left components, uncontrolled part picking methods, and the lack of optimal error prevention system (poka-yoke) on the machine. Improvement actions are carried out through modification of the rack design following the shape of the arm, the installation of a lever and gravity-based mechanical cover system, and the integration of sensors and poka-yoke systems in the process area. After all stages of QCC were implemented, defects were successfully reduced to 0 pcs per month consistently from August to October 2025 or a decrease of 100%. The impact of the improvement not only improves the quality aspect, but also eliminates the potential cost loss to Rp 0, without affecting the aspects of safety, delivery, and employee morale. These results prove that QCC is effective as a sustainable quality control approach in the automotive industry.

Abstract

Fire is one of the main risks in industrial environments that can cause significant losses. PT XYZ has 185 fire protection devices, with fire extinguishers (APAR) and hydrants as the primary components totaling 62 units. Observations revealed that 17 of 51 APAR units (33%) and 3 of 11 hydrant units (27%) were in substandard condition, caused by a manual inspection system with weaknesses including paper-based data vulnerable to loss, lack of centralized monitoring, difficulty tracing inspection history, no expiry reminders, and slow data compilation. This study aims to analyze the actual condition of fire protection equipment, evaluate inspection compliance, and implement a QR Code-based digital inspection system using the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) method. Simulation on 15 APAR units and 5 hydrant units demonstrated a 35% time efficiency improvement, reducing inspection time from 71 to 46 minutes. The digital system outperformed the manual system across all evaluation indicators. The estimated full implementation cost for 62 units is IDR 2,248,000, considered proportional to the risks of fire protection system failure

Abstract

Pressure Reducing System (PRS) di PT. Affandra Energi Indonesia berperan penting dalam menstabilkan tekanan gas CNG untuk distribusi ke pelanggan. Namun, ketidakpastian interval perawatan dan strategi pemeliharaan yang kurang optimal dapat meningkatkan risiko kerusakan mesin dan mengganggu stabilitas pasokan gas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan interval perawatan optimal dan merancang strategi pemeliharaan berbasis keandalan komponen utama PRS, yaitu thermocouple, panel kontrol, dan pemanas (heater). Metode penelitian menggabungkan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan distribusi statistik (normal, lognormal, eksponensial, dan weibull) untuk menghitung keandalan komponen serta analisis kualitatif dengan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) guna mengidentifikasi mode kegagalan kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan interval perawatan optimal dengan tingkat keandalan minimal 70%, yaitu 2.654 jam untuk thermocouple, 2.825 jam untuk panel kontrol, dan 3.305 jam untuk pemanas (heater). Analisis FMEA mengungkapkan thermocouple sebagai komponen dengan risiko tertinggi (RPN=224), sehingga direkomendasikan penerapan scheduled discard task. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa penyesuaian interval perawatan berbasis keandalan dan strategi Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pemeliharaan. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini adalah peningkatan keandalan sistem PRS, pengurangan downtime, dan optimalisasi biaya pemeliharaan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Tingginya cacat produk Throttle Shaft (THS) pada mesin machining di PT XYZ menyebabkan kerugian material dan waktu rework. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi cacat dominan, menganalisis faktor penyebab, dan mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan metode Kaizen dengan pendekatan PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) dalam mengurangi produk cacat. Jenis penelitian adalah applied research dengan pendekatan mixed methods. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari laporan produksi periode Januari–Mei 2024. Analisis data menggunakan Diagram Pareto, Fishbone Diagram, dan 5W+1H. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cacat Suriwari seret/kecil merupakan cacat dominan (43,7% dari total 574 cacat). Setelah modifikasi tool dengan penambahan chamfer zig-zag, cacat tersebut turun 98,8% menjadi hanya 3 pcs, dan total cacat turun 43,2%. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi ilmiah dalam integrasi Kaizen-PDCA untuk perbaikan kualitas di industri komponen otomotif, serta implikasi praktis berupa peningkatan efisiensi proses dan penguatan disiplin operator. Diharapkan PT XYZ dapat menerapkan pendekatan serupa pada jenis cacat lain dan memperkuat budaya continuous improvement.
