An unergonomic physical work environment, such as low lighting, high noise, and hot temperatures, can reduce employee comfort and performance. This condition was also found at PT Rekso Nasional Food (McDonald's) Pancing branch, Medan. This study aims to evaluate lighting, noise, and work temperature and analyze their impact on employee performance. The research method used was quantitative descriptive-causal. Data were collected from 30 employees through direct measurements and questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the work environment did not meet ergonomic standards, especially during peak shifts (32.5°C; >85 dBA; 282 Lux). Simultaneously, all three factors significantly influenced performance (R² = 45.2%), but only lighting was significant partially. These findings emphasize the importance of adequate lighting and the need for continuous ergonomic evaluation to improve performance and operational efficiency.
