At PT XYZ, the mismatch between Procurement lead time and continuously changing production demand increases the risk of material Procurement delays, which may disrupt the assembly process of the T200 Excavator Track Shoe Assy. This study aims to identify the most critical component that has the potential to cause production delays using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The evaluation was conducted based on five criteria: Procurement lead time, annual demand, Procurement frequency, usage quantity, and cost. Data were obtained from the company’s internal information system and subjective assessments provided by three experienced Procurement staff. All data were systematically analyzed using AHP to determine the priority weight of each component. The results indicate that the nut component has the highest priority weight among all alternatives, making it the primary component requiring attention in the company’s Procurement planning and strategy. All pairwise comparison matrices achieved a Consistency Ratio below 0.1, indicating that the results are valid and consistent. This study provides a quantitative basis for supporting decision-making in developing an efficient and responsiveProcurement strategy under dynamic production demand.
