PT Universal Indofood Product faces significant challenges in managing its raw material warehousing, hindering the achievement of production targets. Key issues include limited warehouse capacity, human resource constraints due to multiple workloads, suboptimal raw material quality control, and internal distribution inefficiencies. This study applies the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to identify and prioritize operational risks. The analysis reveals four critical risks with the highest RPNs: limited employee capabilities due to other job duties (RPN: 320), suboptimal warehouse cleanliness and suitability (RPN: 270), suboptimal raw material quality control (RPN: 225), and potential failure to meet production targets (RPN: 80). Mitigation measures include human resource optimization, warehouse facility improvements, integrated information system (WMS) implementation, enhanced interdepartmental coordination, and periodic risk management policies and evaluations. These measures are expected to improve warehousing efficiency and support the achievement of the company's production targets. Keywords: FMEA, Mitigation, RPN, Supply Chain, Warehousing Activities
