<![CDATA[Anapallu Village, Central Sumba Regency, still uses conventional processes in population data management, correspondence administration services, and information delivery to the community. This condition causes services to be less effective and people have to come directly to the village office to obtain information and administrative services. This research aims to design and implement a web-based Village Information System that can help village officials manage data and provide services to the community more quickly and easily. The development of the system uses the Waterfall method which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL with features of population data management, letter submission, news, announcements, profiles, and village galleries. The system test uses the Black-Box Testing method to ensure that each function runs as needed. The system developed is expected to increase the effectiveness of administrative services and make it easier for the community to obtain information about Anapallu Village quickly and transparently.]]>
