The development of digital technology requires educational and social institutions to have effective media management in order to deliver information and improve the quality of content for the public. The Al Habib Sholeh bin Alwi Al Haddad Foundation (YASBAA) has a media team responsible for social media management, activity documentation, visual and video content creation, publication design, and the dissemination of various foundation information. However, several operational challenges persist, including a lack of coordination among team members, delays in task delivery and completion, unstructured workflow management, and poorly documented media activities. These conditions negatively impact the quality and consistency of the content produced. This research aims to design a task management system for the media team to improve coordination, workflow regularity, and media content quality at YASBAA. The system design method utilized is Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the modeling language. The design stages include system requirement analysis, actor and Use Case identification, interaction and system structure design, and the illustration of workflows for project management, task distribution, result reporting, and work verification. The research yields a media team task management system design capable of managing information requests, activity documentation, member assignment, work reporting and verification, activity history, role-based access control, and activity recapitulation.
