Low levels of digital literacy and learning outcomes on the human nervous system topic indicate that digital learning media have not been used optimally, while the abstract nature of the material makes the concepts difficult for students to understand. This study aimed to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of an Augmented Reality (AR)-assisted e-module based on the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model for the human nervous system topic. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, covering the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, a digital literacy questionnaire, and pretest-posttest assessments, then analyzed using Aiken's V, percentages, and N-Gain. The e-module obtained an Aiken's V of 0.88 (very valid) from the material expert and 0.76 (valid) from the media expert. Practicality reached 96% based on teacher responses and 92.05% based on student responses, both categorized as very practical. The effectiveness test showed an N-Gain of 0.36 (moderate) for digital literacy and 0.70 (high) for learning outcomes. These results indicate that the AR-assisted, NHT-based e-module is valid, practical, and effective as a learning medium for the human nervous system topic.
