This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress, social support, and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at Pacitan Type A Terminal. The phenomenon of high workload due to the 24-hour shift system and the pressure of public interaction are the background of the urgency of this study in the scope of human resource management in the transportation sector. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a saturated sample of 47 employees. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS software. The results of the study show that partially, work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. On the other hand, social support and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance satisfaction. Simultaneously, the three independent variables had a significant effect with a determination coefficient value (R Square) of 56.4%. These findings imply that management needs to formulate more humane policies, such as stress management programs and work system improvements, to optimize employee welfare and the quality of public services.
