The PESONA GALUH (Development of Organic Art Ecoprint and Nature of Tatar Galuh) program is a community engagement initiative aimed at improving the knowledge and skills of teachers and Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) cadres in Bangunharja Village to transform local flora into ecoprint products with aesthetic and economic value, while strengthening environmental awareness and community self-reliance. The program was implemented through a participatory and sustainable approach consisting of four stages: asset mapping and preparation, education and technical training, production assistance, and evaluation and institutional strengthening. Participants were involved in identifying natural materials, mordanting, natural dye extraction, leaf composition, steaming, fixation, product development, branding, cost determination, and marketing. The results showed a substantial improvement in participants' technical understanding, with the mean pre-test score increasing from 30.00 to 83.00 in the post-test, representing an increase of 53.00 points. Beyond individual capacity development, the program generated social changes, including a shift in perceptions of local natural resources, stronger cooperation, increased conservation awareness, the emergence of local leaders, and the establishment of the PESONA GALUH Joint Business Group (KUB) as a new community-based economic institution. The products developed included long fabrics, scarves, tote bags, and tablecloths. These findings indicate that ecoprint can serve as a multidimensional community empowerment medium integrating education, skills development, creative economy, institutional strengthening, community leadership, and environmental sustainability. The program should be sustained through product quality improvement, digital marketing, business management, product diversification, and partnership development.
