This study aims to identify and describe the leg muscle power of male athletes from the DPU Pati Volleyball Club using the Vertical Jump Test. The study employed a quantitative descriptive method with a testing and measurement approach. The sample consisted of 15 male athletes selected using total sampling. Leg muscle power was measured using the Vertical Jump Test, while the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the minimum, maximum, and mean values, as well as the percentage distribution based on test result categories. The results showed that the athletes achieved a minimum of 40 cm, a maximum of 63 cm, and a mean of 53.73 cm. Based on the classification of test results, 7% of the athletes fell into the poor category, 13% into below average, 33% into average, 20% into above average, and 27% into excellent. These findings indicate that the majority of athletes possess good leg muscle power, enabling them to perform explosive movements in volleyball, such as smashes, blocks, and jump serves, although some athletes still require improvements in their physical condition. Thus, the leg muscle power of athletes from the DPU Pati Volleyball Club is generally in the good category and can serve as baseline data for evaluating physical condition and developing training programs that are more specific, measurable, and tailored to individual needs to enhance athletic performance and achievements.
