<![CDATA[The Jambi City Environment Office is located at Jln. General Basuki Rahmat Kota Baru Number 08, Kota Baru District, Jambi is an implementing element of the Regional Government in the field of environmental compliance, waste management, hazardous and toxic waste, and environmental pollution and damage control is still manual so that it experiences problems such as, documentation of incoming letters and outgoing letters is only in the form of writing in a ledger and document storage is still hardcopy. As a result, it is difficult to find the archives needed for the activity implementation process. Meanwhile, outgoing letters recorded in the agenda book have not been separated based on the category of letters, making it difficult to make reports at the end of the year. System development using the waterfall model, the implementation of this research uses the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) Program Language and MySQL DBMS, resulting in the application making it easier for the Environmental Service (DLH) to process mail and inventory management data, and the accuracy of the data is more guaranteed when compared to the old system.]]>
