<![CDATA[Inventory management at Toko Koleksi Gratia is still performed manually by recording data in books, which causes various problems such as recording errors, data loss, and ineffective report generation. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for recording incoming and outgoing goods that can overcome these problems. The system was developed using PHP programming language with MySQL database and applied the Waterfall method as the system development approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews and direct observation, then analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results show that the developed system is able to manage inventory data in an integrated manner, accelerate transaction recording, update stock automatically, and produce more accurate, faster, and well-organized reports. Therefore, the implementation of this web-based information system can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory management at Toko Koleksi Gratia.]]>
