The problem in this research is that tourism information dissemination in Ngada Regency is still carried out manually through brochures, announcement boards, and verbal information, resulting in uneven information distribution, inefficiency, and low tourist visitation rates. This research aims to develop a web-based tourism service information system for Ngada Regency that is dynamic, structured, and user-friendly. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap framework, and MySQL as the database. System modeling used Unified Modeling Language (UML). System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to evaluate the user interface and ensure all system functions run according to specifications. The result of this research is an integrated web-based tourism service information system that presents information on tourist destinations, facilities, tour packages, cultural events, location maps, and visitor comment features. This system facilitates tourists in accessing tourism information in real-time and serves as a digital data center for the Tourism Office of Ngada Regency in managing tourism assets and monitoring visitation trends transparently and systematically.
