The rapid development of information technology has encouraged the use of web-based systems in sales management to improve efficiency and data accuracy. However, Mubaraaq Sport Store in Ende still relies on manual methods for recording sales and inventory, which leads to various problems such as data errors, difficulties in stock management, and delays in reporting. This study aims to design and develop a web-based sales information system as a solution to these problems, with the expectation that the system can manage product data, transactions, and inventory more effectively. The study employs a system development methodology (e.g., waterfall model) encompassing needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out using (e.g., PIECES framework / SWOT analysis) to identify system requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed system. The expected result is a web-based sales information system that can improve operational efficiency, simplify data management, and support business development through digitalization at Mubaraaq Sport Store.
