This study aimed to analyze the relationship between shooting movement components and shooting performance among players of the Daspung FC Futsal Club of East Masbagik using the Kinovea application. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The participants were 15 active players selected using total sampling. Shooting movement data were obtained through video recordings and analyzed using the Kinovea application based on four components: knee angle, supporting foot position, balance, and leg swing. Shooting performance was assessed through three shooting attempts for each player, covering shooting accuracy and strength/speed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and Spearman Rank correlation. The results showed very strong and significant positive relationships between all shooting movement components and both shooting accuracy and strength/speed. The correlations with accuracy were 0.984 for knee angle, 0.963 for supporting foot position, 0.958 for balance, and 0.982 for leg swing. Meanwhile, the correlations with strength/speed were 0.999, 0.966, 0.955, and 0.999, respectively, with all significance values < 0.001. These findings indicate that variations in shooting movement components are strongly associated with shooting performance. Biomechanical analysis using Kinovea can be utilized as an evaluation tool for shooting technique and for developing more targeted training programs.
