This study aims to develop a web-based snake fruit marketing management information system in Tapanuli Selatan Regency to replace the current manual system. Manual marketing has led to various obstacles, such as unfamiliarity with external customers, minimal interest in manual purchases, promotions not reaching targets, and the lack of competitiveness of snake fruit products outside the region. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. System development was carried out using the SDLC Waterfall model, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system was built using Laravel. Key features include transaction management, recording incoming and outgoing cash, and automatic financial reporting. The results show that the system can improve efficiency, reduce errors, and simplify the decision-making process.
