Pawn activities have become an alternative financial solution for the public in need of quick funds with valuables as collateral. However, operational processes that still rely on manual recording often trigger subjectivity in determining the appraisal value of goods, the risk of inconsistency, and data management errors. This research aims to design a "Web-Based Pawn Submission Information System and Goods Data Collection with an Automatic Pawn Value Estimation Feature" to address these issues. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance in a structured and sequential manner. The results show that the developed system is able to integrate submission workflows, goods data collection, and appraisal value calculations objectively and systematically. In conclusion, the implementation of this web-based information system successfully improves operational efficiency, minimizes recording errors, and provides convenience for officers in monitoring the status of goods in real-time, making pawn transactions faster, more transparent, and more accurate compared to previous manual systems.
