The rapid development of mobile technology has driven digital transformation across various sectors, including the culinary industry. Cafe Teras 36 faces challenges in its dine-in ordering process, which is still conducted manually, potentially causing queues, order recording errors, and service delays. This study aims to design and implement a mobile-based digital ordering system to improve operational efficiency and service quality. The research method employed is Design Thinking, which consists of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. In the empathize stage, observations and interviews were conducted to understand the needs of customers and staff. The define stage identified key problems related to ordering effectiveness. The ideate stage generated solutions in the form of a mobile ordering application, which was then developed into a prototype and evaluated during the test stage. The results indicate that the proposed digital system accelerates the ordering process, reduces input errors, and enhances customer satisfaction. Therefore, the implementation of this system is expected to improve the competitiveness of Cafe Teras 36 in the digital era.
