Abstract

Energi dari sinar matahari ditampung kemudian dikonversi menjadi energi listrik. Energi tersebut nantinya dapat digunakan untuk menjalankan berbagai macam alat elektronik mulai dari menyalakan lampu, menggerakkan motor, dan masih banyak lagi yang lainnya. Didalam penelitian menjadikan energi tenaga surya sebagai energi alternative untuk mensuplai energi ke mesin pengering pupuk portabel dalam mengatasi kebutuhan listrik rumah tangga dan juga membantu petani sehingga tidak memerlukan lagi listrik yang tersedot melalui PLN.

Abstract

Didalam proses pendaftaran mahasiswa baru, Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi telah membuat aplikasi berbasis web yang beralamat di http://www.pancabudi.ac.id/pmb/. Layanan berbasis web ini sangat penting didalam menunjang keberhasilan universitas sehingga diharapkan aplikasi tersebut dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya. Pengukuran yang dilakukan menggunakan Usability testing dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, asking user, dan user testing. Dari hasil temuan yang didapat dapat disimpulkan bahwa website penerimaan mahasiswa baru dapat dikatakan kurang baik dari sisi tampilan dan tidak menyukai interface dan fitur fitur didalamnya dengan rata rata 6,8.

Abstract

Mengetahui minat customer pada suatu jenis produk merupakan kunci suskses dari sebuah bisnis. dari data yang tersimpan pada data penjualan dapat diolah dan diimplementasi untuk mengetahui pola minat item customer, hal ini dapat meminimalisir penumpukan stok barang yang kurang diminati dan tidak kehabisan barang pada produk yang diminati. Data Mining dapat menjadi solusi. Penelitian ini menganalisis data informasi penjualan handphone yang bersumber dari database sistem informasi transaksi penjulanan handphone menggunakan data mining algoritma apriori. Uji data menggunakan aplikasi data mining weka dalam menemukan hubungan pola penjualan handphone antar item. Proses pengolahan data dimulai praprocesing dengan memilih variable data kemudian menemukan nilai spot dari tiap item set handphone dan kombinasi antara jenis handphone dari hasil pencarian nilai spot dan kombinasi antara jenis handphone kemudian ditemukan nilai confidence dalam tiap kombinasi. Kombinasi yang memenuhi nilai minimum spot dan minimum confidence akan menjadi sebuah aturan asosiasi. Aturan asosiasi yang dihasilkan menjadi informasi jenis handphone yang paling banyak terjual selama 1 bulan sampai 2 tahun. Hasilnya di peroleh knowlwge jenis handphone yang paling diminati dan hubungan antara jenis atau tipe hanphone tersebut. Knowledge tersebut dapat dijadikan dasar menentukan stok jenis handphone

Abstract

Personal data is often the target of people who are not responsible for being misused. Theft is done is to benefit from people who have the data. In addition to theft of work files, theft is also carried out on video files. Theft of this file aims to find out what the contents of the video. Someone has a private recorded video that cannot be known by others. Misuse of video files will be fatal for the owner of the video. Cryptographic techniques are needed in video security. Caesar Cipher's algorithm can help users secure the video file. The Base64 algorithm can be used to change the ASCII 256 format to Base64 so that it is easy to send or store in a storage medium. This algorithm will make the file structure simpler so that it can be displayed and saved. By applying the Base64 and Caesar Cipher algorithms to video files, the security and confidentiality of these files will be guaranteed

Abstract

Abstract

The development of the current village government, especially the villages that are discussed in this study, namely Klambir Lima Kebun village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, is good with the village fund budget from the central government which aims to advance the village, the development of Klambir Lima Kebun village is currently inseparable from the support of information technology, almost every village needs information technology to improve services to the community. One example is the existence of an internet program in the village, the internet is currently not only enjoyed by urban people but has reached the village community. The difficulty of access to existing information makes researchers interested in developing a website-based Klambir Lima Kebun village information system with the aim of improving services to the people of Klambir Lima Kebun village, access to information can be obtained easily, village potential, population, area and so on. In making a web-based exam information system using the waterfall method consisting of analysis, design, coding and testing as well as entity relationship diagrams in designing databases. With this website-based information system, it can improve the services of Klambir Lima Kebun village to the community so that information to the community can be accessed easily and accurately. The information system is equipped with a web-based display so that users can adjust the contents in the system such as a web-based information system as a means of information in achieving development in Klambir Lima Kebun Village

Abstract

Abstract : Housewives usually only do activities around the house, such as washing, sweeping, cooking, taking care of children and others. The income received in the household is usually only waiting for the husband's income, which may be mediocre. Like the activities carried out by the people in Berastagi Kab. Karo who only depends on the income of her husband. Even though the opportunity to get additional income is very large, such as in the tourism & agricultural sector. With the internet, mothers can do online business as a sideline. Online business can include promotion of lodging, sales of accessories/souvenirs, sales of fruit, vegetables, etc. However, the situation analysis obtained by the PKM team found that the Lau Gumba community lacked knowledge, especially mothers, about the use of science and technology and online business. Therefore, the PKM program by optimizing online business opportunities carried out by housewives makes it possible to increase additional income during the current covid pandemic. Keywords: online business; housewife; internet. Abstrak : Para ibu rumah tangga biasanya hanya mengerjakan kegiatan di seputaran lingkungan rumah, seperti mencuci, menyapu, memasak, mengurus anak dan lain sebagianya. Pendaptan yang diterima dalam rumah tangga biasanya hanya menunggu penghasilan suami yang mungkin pas-pasan. Seperti kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh para ibu di Berastagi Kab. Karo yang hanya bergantung dari pendapatan para suaminya. Padahal peluang untuk mendapatkan pendapatan tambahan sangatlah besar seperti pada sektor wisata & pertaniannya. Dengan adanya internet maka para ibu dapat melakukan bisnis online sebagai pendapatan sampingan. Bisnis online dapat meliputi promosi tempat penginapan, penjualan asesories/cendramata, penjualan buah, sayuran dll. Namun analisa situasi yang di peroleh tim PKM mendapatkan minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat Lau Gumba khususnya para ibu tentang pemanfatan IPTEK dan bisni Online. Maka dari itu program PKM dengan mengoptimalkan peluang bisnis online yang dilakukan oleh para ibu rumah tangga memungkinkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan tambahan di masa pendemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang ini.Kata Kunci : bisnis online; ibu rumah tangga; internet.

Abstract

This research is entitled the application of recognizing preparation for earthquakes for elementary school students. The goal is to produce an application that can help students recognize preparation for earthquakes. The resulting application is made using Adobe Flash CS 6, and the Actionscript 3 programming language. This application can run well on Android smartphones, and personal computers/laptops. There were 20 students who were the subjects of this study, and they came from elementary schools Negeri 105270 Pujimulio, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. Students who are tested beforehand (pre-test) their knowledge about preparation in dealing with earthquakes. After that students are asked to use the resulting application. After that, students are tested again for their knowledge (post test). So from the pre test and post test carried out, get test results that show an increase in students' knowledge in learningknow how to prepare for an earthquake.

Abstract

In this study, GPS technology was used to determine the location for picking up residents' gar-bage. Previously, a Website-based Garbage Bank application was built which was used as a waste bank transaction information system, waste price information, and citizen savings book information. However, during the implementation of the Website-based Garbage Bank in Pematang Serai Village, there were problems, namely the lack of waste bank volunteers who run the Garbage Bank, especially in picking up waste from residents' homes. The lack of gar-bage collection volunteers results in the accumulation of garbage in the community due to time constraints for customers to deliver their waste to the Waste Bank. So the use of geotagging technology on the Global Positioning System (GPS) can make it easier for the public to report the points where garbage is collected that the garbage officers did not know beforehand so that the garbage collectors can easily find the point of the garbage pick-up location. So the old sys-tem was developed into a Garbage Bank Application using GPS as a Web-site based waste collection and reporting system. With the marking of locations and transportation of waste, it is hoped that there will be active communication between the community and cleaners so that piles of garbage at points that were previously difficult to reach can be handled more quickly. Minimizing the accumulation of waste in the homes of residents who are customers of the Mozaik Waste Bank to create a beautiful, clean and waste-free environment.

Abstract

Abstract: One of the family businesses that can be done during the COVID-19 pandemic is to utilize the land around the residence. Land use can be done using hydroponic technology. The use of the yard as a family business in people's homes in Lau Gumba Village is very less. So it needs to be used more optimally. The location of service is held in Lau Gumba Village, Berastagi District, Karo Regency. The method carried out in the service is by way of lectures and direct practice about hydroponics. The results of the service that has been carried out are that the people of Lau Gumba Village respond by attending lectures and hydroponic practices. Holding this service, knowledge, and information about hydroponics can help them in hydroponics. This simple hydroponics is easy for the people of Lau Gumba Village to do.Keywords: empowerment; hydroponics; of the yard.Abstract: Salah satu usaha keluarga yang dapat dilakukan pada masa pademi covid-19 adalah dengan memanfaatkan lahan-lahan disekitar tempat tinggal. Pemanfaatan lahan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi hidroponik. Pemanfaatan pekarangan sebagai usaha keluarga di rumah-rumah masyarakat di Desa Lau Gumba sangat kurang. Sehingga perlu dimanfaatkan lebih maksimal lagi. Lokasi Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Lau Gumba Kecamatan Berastagi Kabupaten Karo. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian dengan cara ceramah dan praktek langsung tentang hidroponik. Hasil Pengabdian yang telah dilakukan bahwa masyarakat Desa Lau Gumba merespon dengan mengikuti ceramah dan praktek hidroponik. Dengan diadakan pengabdian ini maka pengetahuan dan informasi tentang hidroponik ini dapat membantu mereka dalam berhidroponik. Hidroponik sederhana ini mudah untuk dilakukan oleh masyarakat Desa Lau Gumba.Kata Kunci : hidroponik; lahan pekarangan; pemberdayaan
