This study analyzes the electrical energy requirements of the Optical Line Terminal (OLT) transmission room at the Telkom Tanjung Morawa Office using a load forecasting approach based on historical data for the 2021–2023 period. This applied research uses a descriptive-analytical quantitative approach and compares three forecasting methods, namely Linear Regression, Double Exponential Smoothing (DES), and ARIMA, which are validated using MAE, RMSE, and MAPE. The results show that energy consumption increased from 555,000 kWh in 2021 to 670,800 kWh in 2023, with an average annual growth of 9.9%. The ARIMA(2,1,1) model provides the best accuracy with a MAPE of 3.9%, compared with DES at 6.8% and Linear Regression at 11.4%. The projected energy requirements for 2024–2026 are 733,800 kWh, 804,000 kWh, and 878,400 kWh, respectively. The estimated peak load is projected to exceed the safe utilization threshold of 80% of the installed capacity of 135 kW by mid-2025. These results indicate the need to plan an increase in electrical system capacity before that period to maintain the operational reliability of the OLT transmission room
