<![CDATA[The development of information technology encourages educational institutions to improve the effectiveness of administrative and human resource (HR) management. Harford Institute Medan still faces several challenges in managing employment contract data, employee payroll calculations, and attendance records, which are partly carried out manually. These conditions can cause delays, data processing errors, and inefficiencies in report preparation. This research aims to design and develop a web-based application with features for HR management, contract expiration reminders, payroll calculation, and employee attendance at Harford Institute Medan. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, with PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and XAMPP as the local server. The proposed application is expected to assist in managing employee data, monitoring employment contracts, recording attendance, calculating salaries, and preparing reports more effectively, efficiently, and systematically.]]>
