Employees may develop an intention to complete attendance recording from their own appraisal of the action, expectations within the work environment, and the extent to which they feel able to perform it. This assessment explored whether employees' attitudes, perceived expectations from others, and perceived control were associated with the intention to complete attendance recording at RSUD dr. Gondo Suwarno. A quantitative analytical cross-sectional survey involved 96 employees selected purposively. Responses were collected with a Likert-based questionnaire and evaluated using Chi-Square analysis. Statistically significant relationships were observed for attitude (p≤0.001), subjective norm (p≤0.002), and perceived behavioral control (p≤0.001) in relation to attendance intention. These results indicate that willingness to follow the attendance procedure is connected to employees' appraisal of the action, the expectations they sense from people around them, and the conditions they believe make the procedure easier or more difficult to carry out.
