This study aims to describe the transformation of digital-based learning assessment, the implementation of Exambro, and the challenges and solutions in Geography assessment at SMA Negeri 1 Gemolong. This qualitative study employed a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, vice principal for curriculum, Geography teacher, school operator, and students. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with source and technique triangulation. The findings show that digital assessment transformation was implemented gradually and systematically through planning, infrastructure provision, teacher competency development, Exambro implementation, result processing, monitoring, and evaluation. Exambro contributes positively to assessment security, efficiency, and objectivity by restricting students' access to other applications during examinations and accelerating result processing. Digital assessment also supports the use of maps, images, and graphs as stimuli in Geography assessment. The main challenges include internet connectivity, device specifications, server capacity, technical readiness, and students' digital literacy. Solutions include simulations, network and device checks, backup facilities, and operator assistance. The study concludes that digital assessment transformation through Exambro is not merely a change in examination media but a transformation of assessment management involving policies, human resources, infrastructure, implementation, and evaluation.
