This research aims to design a user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for a multimedia-based e-learning website in order to increase the learning motivation of students at SMK Taman Siswa Binjai. The method used in this research is Design Thinking, which covers five stages, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with teachers and students, and a questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents. The UI/UX design prototype was developed using the Figma application and evaluated using a usability testing method with the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. The test results show that the designed interface obtained an average SUS score of 78.5, which falls into the Good category, and 85% of respondents stated that the e-learning interface display is easy to use and increases their interest in learning. This research concludes that the application of the Design Thinking method in designing the UI/UX of a multimedia e-learning website proved effective in creating an interactive, intuitive interface capable of increasing the learning motivation of students at SMK Taman Siswa Binjai.1 2
