Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menggunakan modem ADSL yang disetting bridge agar dapat memanfaatkan mikrotik sebagai PPoe client yang dapat terkoneksi langsung ke IP Public dengan username dan password yang diberikan oleh ISP pada setiap modem. Kemudian akan dilanjutkan dengan pembagian bandwidth dengan metode PCQ pada routerboard mikrotik di jaringan wifi lingkungan sekolah SMAN 20 Medan. Pada jaringan wifi tersebut akan terkoneksi beberapa user kemudian akan dimonitoring antrian queue tree yang aktif dengan batasan IP Address yang telah ditentukan pada list firewall dan pengukuran dilakukan dengan berdasarkan parameter kualitas jaringan berupa ukuran data download, delay dan loss bandwidth. Pengumpulan data akan dibantu dengan aplikasi Wireshark. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat analisis QoS pada trafik sibuk dengan memodelkan persamaan yang cocok untuk performansi jaringan wifi di lingkungan SMAN 20 Medan pada metode management bandwitdth PCQ, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas jaringan internet di SMAN 20 Medan. Apalagi dipermudah dengan trouble shooting jarak jauh.

Abstract

Evaluation of honorary teachers is an activity that is generally high school or vocational. It is useful to know the results of teaching honorary teachers to their students. Assessment, evaluation and rewarding can be done to spur the performance of the teachers in teaching and learning process so as to improve teacher achievement, the assessment is done to obtain the honorable teachers who will be appointed as permanent teachers. In determining the order of permanent appointment of teachers, it often appears subjective from the decision-makers, so that there are problems and this causes the difficulty in determining prospective teachers. To determine the recommendation of the teacher can still be used the method of Weight Aggregated Sum Production Assessment (WASPAS). WASPAS method can be used to process the honorarium of honor teachers with the criteria that have been determined.

Current attendance at the Karya Prima Course LKP still uses a manual system so that the attendance file is very large and difficult to find, especially if the student takes a long leave. Abstract

Abstrak: Mitra pengabdian Desa Tomuan Holbung adalah desa yang berada di Sumatera Utara. Sebagai desa berkembang masih terdapat informasi yang belum banyak di akses oleh orang lain melelai komunikasi publik yatiu internet. Untuk itu perlu adanya pengembangan sebuah sistem informasi yang nanti aka nada aparatur desa yang terlibat sebanyak 9 orang yang akan dilatih dalam penerapan metode waterfall dan diharapkan pengetahuan akan meningkat menjadi 90% dalam pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Desa. Teknologi merubah kehidupan manusia menjadi akses data informasi cepat dan mudah. Teknologi memberi kontribusi dalam penataan sistem manajemen dan proses kerja di instansi pemerintah maupun swasta. Penerapan TI di kehidupan desa salah satunya adalah penggunaan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID). Dari hasil observasi awal SID terdapat adanya kendala sebuah layanan yang ada diantaranya yaitu kurang berfungsinya beberapa fitur, loading sistem dan akurasi sistem yang menjadi masalah. Pada Pengabdian ini membahas tentang pelatihan sistem informasi desa kepada perangkat desa Tomuan Holbung. Beberapa fitur yang ditawarkan pada sistem ini seperti informasi desa. Karena tersedianya contoh-contoh informasi yang siap untuk digunakan. Dalam pembuatan sistem informasi ujian berbasis web menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian serta entity relationship diagram dalam merancang database. Dengan adanya sistem informasi desa berbasis website dapat mempermudah perangkat dalam pengolahan data informasi desa agar lebih efektif dan efisien dalam pemberian informasi tentang pemerintahan desa pada Desa Tomuan Holbung.Selain itu peneliti juga menambahkan fitur kegiatan yang dan di infokan secara meluas. Sistem informasi dilengkapi dengan tampilan web based agar pengguna dapat menyesuaikan isi yang ada di dalam sistem seperti sistem informasi berbasis web sebagai sarana informasi dalam pencapaian pembangunan di Desa Tomuan Holbung menggunakan metode waterfall.Abstract: The service partner of Tomuan Holbung Village is a village located in North Sumatra. Abstract

The settlement of Tomuan Holbung is located in North Sumatra. As a developing town, there is still knowledge that few others have access to through public communication, specifically the internet. As a result, the creation of an information system is required. Human existence is being transformed by technology, which allows us quick and easy access to data. In both government and private institutions, technology helps to organize management systems and work processes. The usage of the Village Information System is one of the IT applications in village life (SID). According to SID's first findings, there are impediments to an existing service, including the absence of functionality of specific features, system loading, and system correctness. The design of a village information system in Tomuan Holbung Village is discussed in this paper. Village information is one of the functions provided by this system. Because of the ready-to-use sample letters that are available. The waterfall process, which includes analysis, design, coding, and testing, as well as entity connection diagrams in database design, was used to create a web-based exam information system. It will be easier for devices to process village information data using a website-based village information system, making it more effective and efficient in giving information about village administration in Tomuan Holbung Village. The information system has a web-based display so that users can alter the material in the system, such as a web-based information system as a means of information in the waterfall method of development in Tomuan Holbung Village

Abstract

Abstract− In the era of regional autonomy, the village is a very important part in determining the success of development and in direct contact with the community, especially in public services. Server is a medium that has an important role to provide internet access services for its users. So that the network can be used optimally, it is necessary to have a server. This study aims to design a server in the Tomuan Holbung Village Office, Asahan Regency by building an efficient, flexible server infrastructure and optimizing resource use, so that it can be adjusted to the workload so that hardware resources are optimal. This research was conducted to be a solution for the use of hardware resources provided by the Server machine that has not been used optimally, so efficient steps are needed to overcome this problem. The results of the research obtained are in the form of server design and optimizing the use of resources and managing servers efficiently in terms of time and cost.

Abstract

Low Cost Green Car (LCGC) is a new breakthrough made by the government in the automotive world, especially in Indonesia. With the support of environmentally friendly concepts this type of LCGC car has become an alternative for consumers who want a car especially in Indonesia. To estimate LCGC cars according to needs, you can use a decision support system with a simple additive weighting (SAW) method. Data obtained from observations and interviews conducted through sales and car mechanics or experts who are more knowledgeable about market conditions and community needs. The results achieved are designing a decision support system application that predicts LCGC cars that fit consumers' desires based on price, engine capacity, safety features, fuel economy, cabin accommodation. By determining the preference value of each alternative, ranking is made so that from the alternatives there is the best alternative.

Abstract

Tomuan Holbung Village is a village located in North Sumatra. As a village, there is still information that has not been accessed by many others through public communication, namely the internet. For this reason, it is necessary to develop an information system. Technology changes human life into quick and easy access to information data. Technology contributes to the arrangement of management systems and work processes in government and private institutions. One of the applications of Information Technology in village life is the use of the Village Information System (SID). In the development of this web-based village information system using the spiral method in development which consists of analysis, design, coding and testing as well as entity relationship diagrams in designing the database. The existence of a website-based village information system can facilitate devices in processing village information data to be more effective and efficient in providing information about village government in Tomuan Holbung Village. In addition, researchers also added features of activities that were widely informed. The Village information system is equipped with a web-based display so that users can adjust the contents in the system such as a web-based village information system as a means of information in web development in Tomuan Holbung Village using the spiral method.

Abstract

At present, mobile devices are developing so rapidly that they have various functions, as well as for multitasking and also have a system such as a computer, so they are also commonly referred to as Smart Devices. Smartphones circulating in the market generally the most in demand are android devices, from android devices are widely used for utilization, the use of smartphone functions, among others, is used for several purposes, so that its development is increasingly widespread, one of which is learning media. Abstract

For the purpose of gathering data, observations, interviews, and literature reviews were made. The administration level of access is provided by the design of the village information system, and it includes entity relationship diagrams in the database design in addition to analysis, design, coding, and testing services. The availability of a website-based village information system would make it easier for village officials to process village information data and provide information on village government in Lau Gumba Village more effectively and efficiently. Additionally, researchers introduced components of widely informed activities. As a way of information in web development in Lau Gumba Village utilizing the prototype approach in design, the village information system is outfitted with a web-based display so that users can modify the content in the system. North Sumatra is home to the settlement of Lau Gumba. As a hamlet, there is still information that has not been widely disseminated by electronic means of communication. Designing an information system is important as a result. The use of technology has transformed how people obtain information and data. In both public and private institutions, technology helps organize management systems and labor processes. The usage of the Village Information System is one of the uses of information technology in village life (SID). This village information system was created utilizing the prototyping process, which is common for creating village information systems. As a result, a prototype model for a website-based savings and loan application was created.
