Prima Diski Photocopy currently uses a manual transaction system, which increases the risk of recording errors and difficulties in generating sales reports. This study aims to design a web-based point-of-sale (POS) system to simplify transaction processes and improve operational efficiency. The developed system provides transaction features with cash, bank transfer, and QRIS payment methods, automatic receipt printing, and sales reporting. The results show that the web-based POS system accelerates transaction processing, reduces recording errors, and facilitates sales data management. Therefore, this system can support the operations of Prima Diski Photocopy in a more effective and well-organized manner.
