This study aims to analyze the impact of event planning and the utilization of the INSIST System on participant service efficiency at Infinity Mice Management. The study's novelty lies in examining the simultaneous roles of event planning and the use of a web-based information system in supporting participant service efficiency within an event management company. This quantitative study employed a survey method, collecting data via questionnaires from 90 respondents selected through non-probability sampling using the saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS and included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that event planning has a positive and significant effect on participant service efficiency (t = 3.157 > 1.987; p = 0.002 < 0.05). Similarly, the utilization of the INSIST System has a positive and significant effect (t = 5.164 > 1.987; p = 0.000 < 0.05). Collectively, both variables significantly influence participant service efficiency (F = 115.005 > 3.10; p = 0.000 < 0.05). An R² value of 0.726 indicates that 72.6% of the variation is explained by these two variables, while 27.4% is explained by other factors. These findings imply that strengthening event planning and optimizing the use of the INSIST System can enhance participant service efficiency.
