The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance and Work Flexibility on Employee Job Satisfaction at the South Tangerang City Fire Department, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive associative approach. The population of this study consisted of 203 employees, with a sample of 67 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results of the analysis indicate that the Work-Life Balance variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y), as evidenced by a t-value of 3.149 > t-table value of 1.669 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. Therefore, H?? is rejected and H?? is accepted. The Work Flexibility variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y), as indicated by a t-value of 2.411 > t-table value of 1.669 and a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05. Therefore, H?? is rejected and H?? is accepted. Simultaneously, Work-Life Balance and Work Flexibility have a positive and significant effect on employee Job Satisfaction, leading to the rejection of H?? and the acceptance of H??. Thus, the regression model used is considered appropriate and capable of explaining the contribution of Work-Life Balance and Work Flexibility to Employee Job Satisfaction at the South Tangerang City
