<![CDATA[Overall, BAZNAS RI has succeeded in alleviating poverty by 51.37%, while 48.63% have not been alleviated but have improved their welfare. Poverty alleviation carried out by BAZNAS RI contributed 0.002% to national poverty alleviation calculated based on the number of poor people in Indonesia as of March 2023. This research uses qualitative methods in the form of focused interviews, with an empirical approach, the data sources used in the research are primary and secondary data, data collection techniques obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that: First, the technique used by BAZNAS of Southeast Sulawesi Province in the utilization of ZIS funds does not describe the full scheme of zakat utilization. Second, the distribution and utilization of zakat, infaq and alms funds in the SULTRA Sejahtera program can be considered quite optimal, but it needs to be maximized again. Third, this program has several obstacles including, fund collection, the number of zakat management organizations, and the lack of public trust in zakat management organizations.]]>
