<![CDATA[This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, namely an in-depth method of the bound system based on the results of extensive data collection. Analyzing data based on information obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation to the BAZNAS Tangerang City Prov. Banten. The results that have been studied, the mechanism for utilizing zakat funds is carried out on the basis of priority needs of mustahik, efforts are made based on productive zakat in improving education and distribution by certain staff. With the zakat programs, Tangerang City BAZNAS still does not have consistency in the distribution of smart Tangerang zakat funds. One of them is the scholar scholarship program which the author will discuss later. However, the fact is that the program has been well implemented and there are 32 students who still receive scholarships. Each participant received special guidance regarding the learning process and developments on their campus, the guidance was carried out in order to improve the quality of human resources in order to produce quality leaders in the future.]]>
