This study aims to analyze the improvement of communication skills among santripreneurs through their participation in the International Conference Santri Mendunia held in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. The research employs a descriptive–qualitative method with a case study approach, involving santri delegates who participated in the conference. Data collection was conducted through direct observation of various formal and informal settings during the conference, as well as documentation of participant activities and reflections. The findings indicate that this experiential-based international program effectively enhances three key aspects of communication skills: knowledge of cross-cultural norms and communication strategies, practical skills in delivering messages, managing dialogue, and adapting communication styles, as well as the motivation to build global networks. Participants not only gained greater confidence in performing on multinational platforms but also demonstrated the ability to convey pesantren values at the international level. This study highlights the importance of experiential learning in modern pesantren education and expands the framework of entrepreneurial learning through intercultural communication. The findings support the development of similar programs and international collaborations to cultivate santripreneurs who are collaborative, innovative, and globally competitive
