Background: Early identification of reproductive health problems before conception is important to reduce preventable pregnancy complications, while access to preconception counseling remains uneven. Telemedicine may facilitate screening, education, and timely referral. Objective: To analyze the utilization of telemedicine for early detection of reproductive health problems among women of reproductive age as an effort to prevent pregnancy complications at RSDH. Methods: An analytic cross-sectional design involved 96 women aged 18–49 years selected through consecutive sampling. Telemedicine screening included structured history, a reproductive-risk questionnaire, education, and referral recommendations. Utilization was categorized as high or low based on completeness and frequency of teleconsultation. Data were analyzed descriptively and using the chi-square test. Results: Reproductive health risks were identified in 70.8% of participants. Early detection was higher among women with high telemedicine utilization (80.6%) than among those with low utilization (52.9%), and high utilization was associated with greater completion of recommended follow-up. Conclusion: Telemedicine has potential as an accessible preconception screening and counseling strategy to identify reproductive health risks and support timely referral before pregnancy
