The demographic bonus is a phenomenon where the number of the productive age population (15-64 years) is greater than the non-productive age population. Indonesia is predicted to experience the peak of its demographic bonus during the period 2020-2030. Malang City, as one of the major cities in East Java, has unique opportunities and challenges in facing this phenomenon. This research aims to analyse the synergy of various work units in the Malang City Government in utilising the demographic bonus as a capital for sustainable development. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants from various SKPDs in Malang City, while secondary data were obtained from official documents and related literature. The research results indicate that the Malang City Government has shown quite good synergy efforts through various cross-sectoral programs, but there are still some challenges in coordination and program implementation. The synergy that has been built encompasses aspects of education, health, economy, and information technology that are integrated into the city's long-term development vision.
