This study aims to analyze the effects of physical communication, workload, and work stress on employee performance at UD Surya Utama Wates Kediri, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique involving 32 employees. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 29. The results show that physical communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload and work stress have negative and significant effects. Simultaneously, physical communication, workload, and work stress significantly affect employee performance, with an F-value of 16.707 and a significance level of < 0.001. The R Square value of 0.642 indicates that 64.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three variables. These findings highlight the importance of effective communication, balanced workload distribution, and proper work stress management in supporting employee performance.
