<![CDATA[ In construction projects, there are several obstacles in the implementation of construction projects. These obstacles can affect the success of the project. Therefore it is necessary to conduct an analysis related to the role of the supervisory consultant on the success of the project. This analysis aims to determine how the performance of the supervisory consultant can affect the success of the project. The method used in this study was to distribute questionnaires to respondents and then test the data using the Statistical Products and Services Solutions (SPSS) application. Based on the Pearson correlation test, the influence of the supervisory consultant on the success of the project showed a correlation coefficient of 0.562. This figure shows a significant positive relationship between the supervisory consultant variable and project success. The correlation coefficient number is positive so that the relationship between the variables is unidirectional, meaning that the higher the role of the supervisory consultant, the greater the success of the project.]]>
