Hypertension is a serious health problem, where hypertension is directly related to morbidity and mortality rates. Analyzed univariately, bivariate using the chi-square test, and multivariate using the multiple logistic regression method. Results: The results of the study showed that lack of physical activity, p=0.004<0.05 (OR=3.081CI 95% 1.430 - 6.638), affected the incidence of hypertension, while family history did not affect the incidence of hypertension in the Sei Kepayang Health Center working area.
