<![CDATA[This study aims to develop of LKPD based on STEM to enhance students' critical thinking skills related to science learning on temperature and heat material. The research uses the development method (research and development) with the 3D model, which includes 3 phases, namely define, design, develop. The LKPD based on STEM research was conducted at SMPN 1 Soa, Wolomeze District, Wue Village, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Data collection methods were carried out in two ways, namely qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data collection was carried out by interview and observation, while quantitative data collection was carried out by testing the validity of material, media, and language experts by teachers and lecturers as well as teacher and student responses. The percentage of material expert validation was 95.5%, media expert was 80%, and language expert was 97.1%. The response of teacher 1 was 96.9% and teacher 2 reached 98.4%, while the student response reached an average score of 97.2%. The results of the study state that the developed LKPD has high validity and is suitable for use in science learning for grade VII junior high school.]]>
