This study aimed to develop and evaluate an interactive learning model based on Quantum Teaching principles integrated with Mind Mapping techniques to enhance understanding, engagement, and learning outcomes among Class XI science students at SMA Negeri 6 Takalar. The research adhered to the Dick and Carey Research and Development framework, followed by a quasi-experimental pretest–posttest nonequivalent control-group design. The experimental class received instruction through the Quantum Teaching–Mind Mapping model, while the control class was taught using conventional methods. Data were analyzed using independent-samples t-tests and chi-square tests at a significance level of α = 0.05. Results showed that 85% of students in the experimental group achieved mastery learning compared to 65% in the control group (χ² = 6.80; p = 0.009). The mean posttest score increased from 68.4 to 82.3 in the experimental class, while the control class improved from 69.1 to 71.5 (t = 5.24; p < 0.001). Student motivation in the experimental group also improved by 30% (t = 3.67; p = 0.001). The study concludes that the developed interactive and visually oriented learning model effectively enhances learning outcomes and motivation in chemistry education, with potential for broader implementation across science subjects.
