The health and comfort of workers directly affect company productivity. Uncontrolled ergonomic risks can trigger musculoskeletal disorders and decrease performance. This study aims to analyze the working posture of employees at PLN Indonesia Power UBP Kamojang using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method, which evaluates upper body posture through group A (upper arms, forearms, wrists) and group B (neck and torso). Scoring is determined based on body angle, load, grip, and activity level. The analysis was conducted in four work areas: Public Relations, Operator (Control Room), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and Maintenance. The results show varying levels of ergonomic risk. Public Relations obtained a RULA score of 3 (medium risk), Operator scored 4 (medium risk), OSH scored 6 (high risk), and Maintenance scored 7 (very high risk). These findings indicate that different job characteristics produce different levels of ergonomic risk. Recommended improvements include adjusting work posture, chair and control panel settings, using an external keyboard, and performing light stretching in moderate-risk areas. For high and very high risk areas, ergonomic aids, proper rest scheduling, improved lighting, and limiting prolonged risky postures are strongly recommended.
