Banyuwangi Village, Pulo Ampel Subdistrict, Serang Regency, is a coastal-agrarian area with fairly diverse resource potential; however, information regarding the area, potential, and community needs of the village remains scattered and undocumented digitally, resulting in ineffective information access for both the community and village officials. This activity is part of the work program of Group 65 of the Student Community Service Program, which aims to develop an interactive map-based village website as a means of delivering area information as well as a tool for analyzing the needs of the Banyuwangi Village community. The method used is a prototyping system development approach, comprising the stages of problem identification and data collection, system and spatial database design, website development including interactive map features, system testing, and evaluation together with users. The data used include spatial data of the village area (administrative boundaries, distribution of public facilities, and resource potential), village profile data, as well as community needs data obtained through observation and interviews with village officials as key informants. The results of the activity show that the developed website is able to present area information visually and interactively through map features, as well as provide an overview of the community's priority needs based on the distribution of spatial data, so that it can be used as a basis for consideration in village development planning. The trial use of the website showed functional testing results indicate that the website the potentional to ease for the community and village officials compared to conventional methods of information delivery. It can be concluded that the development of an interactive map-based website is effective as a means of information as well as a tool for community needs analysis, and has the potential to be applied to other villages with similar area characteristics.
