This study examines the role of organizational commitment and organizational culture in improving teacher performance at a vocational high school. A quantitative explanatory design was employed. The population comprised all teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Parepare, and the sample was determined using total sampling. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analysed with descriptive and inferential statistics, including validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings show that organisational commitment has a positive, significant effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect and provides a stronger contribution to teacher performance than organizational commitment. Simultaneously, organizational commitment and organizational culture significantly explain variations in teacher performance. These findings indicate that schools need to strengthen teachers’ attachment to the institution, discipline, responsibility, collaboration, and consistent implementation of organizational values. Other factors, including work motivation, professional competence, school leadership, welfare, and learning facilities, should also be considered in efforts to improve teacher performance.
