Building Information Modeling (BIM) 4D is an extension of BIM that integrates three-dimensional models with the time dimension to improve construction planning and Schedule visualization. This study aims to implement BIM 4D for the structural works of the Adventist Hospital Building Project in Manado through 3D modeling, Quantity Take-Off, scheduling, and construction simulation. A case study approach was employed using structural drawings, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and the project Schedule as the primary data sources. The structural model was developed in Autodesk Revit 2025, the project Schedule was prepared in Microsoft Project, and the integration of geometry and time was performed in Autodesk Navisworks Manage using the TimeLiner feature. The results demonstrate that the BIM 3D model successfully represents all structural elements while automatically generating consistent quantity data. Furthermore, the integration of the model with the project Schedule produces a BIM 4D simulation that effectively visualizes the construction sequence according to planned activities, improving the understanding of task relationships and project progress. Therefore, the implementation of BIM 4D provides a more effective approach for planning, coordinating, and evaluating structural construction Schedules than conventional scheduling methods.
