Chemistry learning should support the achievement of graduate profile dimensions, particularly in developing students' collaboration, independence, creativity, and communication skills. The integration of green chemistry and chemoentrepreneurship into a practicum guide can foster environmental awareness while enhancing students' creativity and skills in producing value-added products. The implementation of these approaches is expected to make laboratory activities more contextual and meaningful. The validity of the practicum guide was evaluated by five chemistry lecturers from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Padang, while one-to-one evaluation was conducted with three senior high school students, followed by a practicality test involving nine Grade XI senior high school students (Phase F). The data were analyzed using Aiken's V index and percentage analysis. The results showed a validity score of 0.85 (valid) and a practicality score of 94.96% (very practical). These findings indicate that the green chemistry- and chemoentrepreneurship-based chemical bonding practicum guide for senior high schools is valid and practical.
