This manuscript presents an evidence-informed framework for international community service focused on Islamic family values, parenting education, and religious character development at Ban Padungmat School, Thailand. The proposed participatory program integrates school–family dialogue, contextual discussions on responsibility and mutual respect, positive parenting workshops, and student-centered character activities. Its design draws on empirical literature concerning parental engagement, religious socialization, and school–community collaboration. Data collection is planned through a preliminary needs assessment, observation, reflective feedback, attendance documentation, and optional pre–post knowledge questionnaires. Because verified field records have not yet been provided, this manuscript does not claim completed activities, participant numbers, or measured impacts. Instead, it specifies evaluable outputs, indicators, ethical safeguards, and a feasible sustainability pathway for local partners. The expected contribution is a context-sensitive model linking Islamic family law perspectives with family education and religious character formation through reciprocal international collaboration. Findings and claims of effectiveness must be completed only after the actual activities are documented and analyzed.
