This research aims to design and implement a web-based free-range chicken disease expert system as a solution in improving livestock health management in Sukamulya Village. The main problem faced by farmers is the lack of structured health records and the disease diagnosis process that still depends on individual experience. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall development model which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and is designed using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The results of the study show that the system is able to manage chicken health data in an integrated manner, diagnose diseases based on symptoms, and present reports automatically. Testing using black box testing showed that all features went well, while user evaluations showed a high acceptance rate with scores above 80% in each aspect. Thus, the developed system has the potential to increase the effectiveness of recording, monitoring, and diagnosing free-range chicken diseases more quickly, accurately, and in a more structured manner.
