This study aims to examine leadership communication strategies in improving interdivisional coordination at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of North Nias Regency. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data obtained through interviews. The findings show that leaders use formal, direct, and digital communication through coordination meetings, written dispositions, telephone calls, and WhatsApp. The strategies are flexible, open, participatory, responsive, and adaptive. Identified obstacles include delayed information, miscommunication, differences in understanding, time constraints, workload, and technical barriers. Effective coordination depends on message clarity, appropriate media selection, two-way communication, feedback, and clarification to establish shared understanding collectively.
